1. What this statement covers
This statement describes the current KENNY frontend demo. The identity and contact details of the organisation responsible for a live store will be added before commercial launch. It is not a claim that an operational retail backend or customer database exists.
2. Information you choose to provide
In static demo mode, form input stays in the browser. When connected to the KENNY API, your account, delivery details, orders, messages and reviews are saved in the server database. Passwords are hashed; readable passwords and payment-card details are not stored.
3. Browser storage
Local storage may contain shopping-bag product IDs, sizes and quantities; favourites; language and region preferences; demo profile details; demo reviews; consent choices; and demo order references, item counts, totals and dates. Order records do not include your delivery address or payment details.
4. How data is used
Data supports the functions you use: accounts, shopping bags, favourites, language preferences, order management, stock reservation, customer support and moderated reviews. Email marketing and online payment processing are not connected. Newsletter entries record subscription intent only.
5. Cookies and optional preferences
Browser storage supports your bag and preferences. The connected service also uses an HTTP-only session cookie for login, normally valid for seven days unless you log out or the session is revoked. No advertising pixels or analytics SDKs are installed; optional tracking choices do not activate a service.
6. Hosting and external providers
Your browser requests website files from the hosting service. The host may process technical request data, such as an IP address and access logs, under its own practices. Google, Facebook, Apple, payment providers and social platforms are not connected to the demo forms. Any future integration will require an updated notice.
7. Retention and your choices
Local browser data can be cleared using the button below or browser settings. Clearing local data does not delete a server account or order records. For server data access, correction or deletion, contact the store operator. Final retention periods and operational privacy contacts must be confirmed before public trading.
8. Security and children
Do not enter sensitive personal information, payment-card numbers or passwords in this demo. Local browser storage is not a secure account system. Demo membership requires confirmation of age 18 or older; children’s catalogue items are intended to be viewed by an adult shopper.
9. Rights and future changes
Before real customer data is collected, KENNY will publish verified contact details, purposes, applicable legal requirements, retention arrangements, provider information and a process for privacy requests. Where applicable, access, correction, deletion and consent-withdrawal rights will be respected.
